Qualifying ended at noon on Friday, June18, but there is a possibility not all the qualified candidates have posted. The "unofficial list" reveals no real surprises. Those in the Senate who appear to be elected without opposition are Don Gaetz (R) SD 4; Arthenia Joyner (D) SD 18; David Simmons (R) SD 22; Mike Haridopolos (R) SD 26; Joe Negron (R) SD 28; Maria Lorts Sachs (D) SD 30; Jeremy Ring (D) SD 32 and Nan Rich (D) SD 34.
Ronda Storms (R) SD 10 and Rene Garcia (R) SD 40 both have Write In opposition.
In the House, Matt Gaetz (R) HD 4; Brad Drake (R) HD 5; Janet Adkins (R) HD 12; Jennifer Carroll (R) HD 13; Mia Jones (D) HD 14; Charles Van Zant (R) HD 21; Dwayne Taylor (D) HD 27; Steve Crisafulli (R) HD 32; Scott Plakon HD 37; Bryan Nelson (R) HD 38; Geraldine Thompson (D) HD 39; John Legg (R) HD 46; Betty Reed (D) HD 59; Rich Glorioso (R) HD 62; Seth McKeel (R) HD 63; Paige Kreegel (R) HD 72; Gary Aubuchon (R) HD 74; Kathleen Passidomo (R) HD 76; Denise Grimsley (R) HD 77; Steve Perman (D) HD 78; William Snyder (R) HD 82; Perry Thurston (D) HD 93; Martin Kiar (D) HD 97; Elaine Schwartz (D) HD 99; Oscar Braynon (D) HD 103; Joseph Gibbons (D) HD 105; Richard Steinberg (D) HD 106 and Esteban Bovo (R) HD 110 appear to be elected without opposition.
