2009 Future of Florida Forum

The Florida Chamber Annual Meeting and Future of Florida Forum attracted over 500 business leaders, legislators, issue experts and employers from all regions and industries, and we are thankful to each of you that participated.

The agenda spanned three days and focused on the 6 key drivers to Florida's economy. We heard from over 120 panelists and speakers on issues ranging from early education to university and workforce preparation to health care to innovation and technology and the 2010 elections.

We were pleased to be joined by leaders such as Governor Charlie Crist, Attorney General Bill McCullum and former US Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich throughout the event. Also, the State of the State discussions around the business community's six economic drivers and the unveiling of the new economic scorecard were well received by many throughout the business community.

This issue group will serve as a great way to update those who were unable to make the Forum, want addiitonal information, or those who attended and want to see pictures, videos and other resources.
